Hale Retail Group began in 1985 as part of Brown Realty Advisors, and in 2008, independently branched off to become the Hale Retail Group we are today. 2008 is when Sam Hale, our founding president, brought on his three sons and shifted the company’s focus from strictly Investment Sales to also include Commercial Leasing and Property Management. Now, we have a solid team of eight individuals, and more to come, who are all key players in Hale’s continued growth and success.
